seawater fish cured in freshly squeezed lime mixed with sliced onions, chili peppers and salt. served with peruvian corn, sweet potato, and cancha (corn nuts). 

Tallarin a la Huancaina/Lomo saltado

A fantastic combo dish linguine pasta with a huancaina sauce and delicious stir fry (lomo saltado)
